Connecting the Human Mind to the Digital World

Say goodbye to the limitations of traditional electrode based interface technologies and join the future of cognitive computing with Sevren.

Our electro-optical arrays (Optrodes) will enable true brain computer interface and revolutionise the way we interact with technology. Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with us today.

VISION

We’re here to revolutionise the interface between man and machine

At Sevren, we specialise in electro-optical transducer technology for high resolution brain computer interface devices.

With our cutting-edge technology, we aim to provide up to 100x the channels per square cm than current technologies.

Channel Optrode Array

Our technology was proven out with our first prototype holding 234 channels in a 1 cm² array. With the ability to detect voltages as low as 8 µV, we are developing our second generation micro-optrode array with 1,024 channels in a 0.3 cm² array.

Bandwidth

0°c

No heat dissipation

Leveraging the high bandwidth of fibre otpics, our micro-optrode arrays will support transmission bandwidths in excess of 1 GB/s. A fully sealed passive device means there is no risk to sensitive neural tissue from heat generation or photo-toxicity.

MATCHING THE NEEDS OF SCIENCE

Flexible Substrates

Bio-Compatibility

Long term invasive implantation in neural tissue needs bio-compatible materials, with flexibility, to maximise the long-term safety for patients.

Our technology hold the potential to be embedded into bio-compatible and flexible substrates making it a viable option for long term neural implants.
